Our web development methods are designed to make sure that your website is useful, usable and used.

Usability is the single most important factor in a successful website. If the people who come to your website can't find what they are looking for or are frustrated or confused by their experience, not only will they not stay very long but they are unlikely to come back at all. We provide usability testing and consultancy services as an integral part of all our online deliveries, but also as a stand-alone service.

Evaluation and usability reviews. Having been designing and building websites for over 10 years we have pioneered best practice in web design, accessibility and usability. Our usability consultants are experts in the analysis and review of website effectiveness. We are able to do an in depth usability evaluation of your website including structure, functionality and content audits, undertake competitor benchmarking and run and analyse online surveys.

Usability testing. Usability testing is extremely useful to test a new site structure or design with the people who will be using your site before the final version is launched. This means that any changes can be spotted and made as early as possible.

We are able to offer several variations for testing. From a browser based survey to test navigation and structure principles thorugh to creating a working prototype of your website, and monitoring user behaviour by capturing user speech and facial expressions.

Accessibility testing. We can also undertake accessibility testing of your website to see how usable it is by those with disabilities.
