    Having overall responsibility for our client delivery, I believe that all the work we do should deliver a tangible benefit to your business.  It’s my job to make sure we stay focused on this and think beyond an initial set of requirements. I also lead and implement our own regional growth strategy, and have pretty strong opinions on anything relating to the web!

    With the web changing so rapidly, part of my role is to keep ahead of trends in web2.0, from augmented realities to mobile technologies.  Along with developing forward-thinking communications strategies for our clients, I get to work with our head of research on sector reports,  write lots of magazine articles, and speak at  our seminars and industry conferences across the UK.

    Heading up our London office means I’m responsible for making sure everything runs like clockwork. I’ve been a Senior Project Manager here for over 10 years and have delivered more than 100 major websites and brand projects during that time. I work with a whole range of different organisations – and I’m passionate about delivering projects to scope, budget and timescales.

I focus on research, strategy creation and I am passionate about matching the business objectives of our clients with the needs of their audiences. You’ll often find me, and others, talking about subjects that inspire and engage us as part of our regular seminar programme.

    As Managing Editor I spend my time writing industry reports for the Health, Government, Education and Third sectors, as well as presenting at our own seminars, which often explore benchmarks, and best practise recommendations to help shape digital strategies.
