Business Relationship Mgr (P/T)
We are looking for an experienced Business Relationship Manager on a permanent part-time basis. Previous digital agency or client side account management experience would be preferred however we will also consider proven B2B experience within other commercial sectors. There is a degree of flexibility to the working hours with a preference being for 15-20 hours per week, working Tuesday to Thursday. We are happy for these hours to be worked over 2 or 3 days, with some flexibility around the number of hours worked each day.
The role
A predominantly phone based role researching, identifying and targeting new client opportunities, and further developing existing relationships, across our core industry sectors (finance, membership, education, charity and health).
Develop opportunities and leads with focus on maximising pre-qualified introduction meetings, and meetings with specific project briefs to discuss.
Increase the quality of quantity of client contacts invited to seminars, open house events.
Increase number of requests for our reports and updates.
Attend seminars, events and other networking opportunities.
What we’re looking for
Outstanding phone based communication skills, highly presentable and articulate.
Proven track record of focusing on long-term relationship building and solution sales.
Good face-to-face networking skills and ability to make a great first impression.
The ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and be able to communicate these to others.
An interest in and understanding of digital media, marketing and communications would be preferred but not essential.
A proactive web enthusiast familiar with using web technologies for business and leisure.
A creative approach to problem solving, excellent Microsoft Office skills, and an eye for presentation are all essential.
