The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust

  • Working with RBFT, we created a website which clearly caters for both patients and GPs while reflecting the community spirit and excellent standards of the hospital itself through warm, personal images.

  • We implemented Immediacy CMS and devised identity guidelines to help their staff communicate more effectively online with patients and each other. All hospital and Trust information can now be accessed either from the patient's view or through a GP login. The alphabetised listing of the departments allows users to find out specific medical and practical details as well.

  • The style and feel of the Trust's new brand was continuously reflected through the print work we did, ensuring the identity was not lost offline.
