Portfolio - Monash University, Australia
We assisted in Monash University's digital overhaul with their first website redesign in seven years. We helped Australia's largest university define a new digital strategy before completing the restructure and redesign of its external websites. This included 10 faculty and nine campus websites all together.
Our objectives were to create a web presence that increased student recruitment from both domestic and international markets, promoted the breadth and depth of research undertaken at Monash, and fostered strong links with industry.
Extensive stakeholder and audience research was undertaken at Monash campuses in Melbourne, regional Victoria and Malaysia to fully understand best practice for Monash online. We were able to create and test a new information architecture and site design tailored precisely to the needs and expectations of Monash's diverse domestic and international audiences.
